Yes, breakfast is included. We offer a continental breakfast based on espresso, American coffee, caffelatte, cappuccino, cow's milk, soy milk, fruit juice, tea, accompanied by croissants, bread, yogurt, cereals, fruit jams, biscuits, slices biscuits, homemade cakes. We can make changes upon request in advance.

🚗 A tour within 60km is infuel and wear and tear costs excluded, to be paid separatelycluded for each day of stay at our facility (fuel and wear&tear costs excluded, to be paid separately- car equipped with geolocation system - together with ours safety car).

🚗 All holders of licenses regularly obtained in the 28 member countries of the European Union can travel in Italy, but also those who have a license obtained in Algeria or Turkey. Otherwise, driving licenses issued in the Russian Federation and in all other non-European countries which are not recognized in our country require an international driving permit or the conversion of the foreign driving licence. 🚗 The tour can be carried out by a single person, by a couple, or for a group of guests who decide to spend a day together. The age of the driver of our MX5 cannot be less than 25 years. Any Miataland tour is always attended by one of our companions on a safety car.

🚗 In case of a longer stay it's possible to add up the daily km and use them for a longer tour, our staff will evaluate the best solution with you.

We do not offer rentals of our cars. Our guests can take advantage of the 60 km tour included in their booking, the cars must be returned to Miataland no later than 20.00.

We highly recommend arriving at the property with your own car or a rented car to be able to move freely for dinner or for evening outings.

We offer the 'Chef for you' service on site only for groups of at least 10 pax (catering service with typical Umbrian cuisine)

Pets are not allowed, not even small dogs. We have two Maremmans dogs who love all our guests but are not used to the presence of other animals.

No, at the moment the pool is reserved only for our guests.
